Machine differences will be addressed so you will be successful with your own machines. NON-SEWING WORKSHOP, a true “free form” creativity class with no pattern other than “gentle” instruction. Workshop will focus on individuals creating their own form fitting drawing and then taking this drawing to the next level of creation. Raw edge- iron applied appliqué will be utilized to keep this workshop at a “NON SEWING” level.

Hand Quilting Without A Frame Or A Hoop

YES, it is possible to quilt without a frame or a hoop! And wonderful results can be obtained, often with smaller stitches by using Susan’s quilting method.  The class will include preparing the quilt for quilting, discussion of battings, demonstrations, and hands-on experience. This particular method is much less stressful on joints and allows more comfortable sitting positions.
